carefully reimagined.
The Landing at Stowe is a fully permitted nine-residence townhouse plan organized across three buildings on Mountain Road.
OnPoint led the entitlement and permitting of the vacant former Miguel's Stowaway Inn and Restaurant site. The design draws from the property's history and Stowe's traditional architectural language while creating a contemporary multifamily community.
