When you submit an inquiry, OnPoint collects the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property location, project details, budget range, timing, investment range, and accredited-investor response.
Inquiry submissions are sent to Formspree, our form-processing provider, which processes form data and technical information to deliver messages and help prevent spam. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical request information for delivery and security.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects or relationships, maintain the security and operation of the website, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
How information is shared
OnPoint does not sell personal information. Information is processed by Formspree to receive and deliver inquiries, and by Cloudflare to host and protect the website.
