A complete restoration and conversion of a Second Empire Victorian house and brick carriage house into four luxury condominium residences.
The project preserves the character of two existing structures while creating large two- and three-bedroom homes with heated garage parking, outdoor space, and a penthouse roof deck with Boston skyline views.
